Police operatives in Lagos has allegedly arrested popular disk jockey, DJ Switch for obstructing police operations.
DJ Switch whose real name is Obianuju Catherine Udeh became popular during the EndSARS protests where she was part of the young people that stood their ground against security forces that shot and killed protesters at the Lekki Toll Gate in Lagos.
The latest arrest according Police sources that spoke to Linda Ikeji Blog was due to an earlier report the Disk Jockey made to police about a certain associate she accused of defrauding her.
However, upon the arrest of the man accused of defrauding her, DJ Switch insisted the accused must make an apology video which she would in turn post on the social media.
The accused instead elected to go to court instead of making a recorded aopolgy. The police source said that at that point DJ Switch tried stopping the police from taking the matter to court.
It was at that point that the police arrested her and plans have been concluded to charge her to court for obstructing police investigation.
