Fed High Court Strikes Out FG’s Treason Charges Against Sowore

A Federal High Court sitting in Abuja has struck out the treasonable felony charge preferred against revolution Now activist, Omoyele Sowore the federal government.

Sowore’s legal team led by Mr Femi Falana, SAN moved a motion for the case to be struck as the federal government has indicated its resolve to discontinue the matter.

Sowore was the presidential candidate of the African Action Congress (AAC).
