JUST IN: DSS Finally Frees Ex EFCC Boss, Abdulrasheed Bawa
The Department of State Services (DSS) has freed detained former Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC). Mr. Abdulrasheed Bawa.
The Spokesman of the Service, Dr. Peter Afunanya in a Statement seen by FACTSHEET on Wednesday night confirmed the release of the former anti-corruption boss.
“DSS confirms release of former EFCC chairman, Abdulrasheed Bawa, a few hours ago (today 25th October, 2023)”, the Statement from DSS read.
