The Labour Party (LP) has elected Senator Nenadi Usman as the substantive National Chairman of the party.
Usman was elected at the elective National Convention of the parry held in Umuahia, Abia State on Tuesday.

The election of the Kaduna born former lawmaker marks the end of the leadership crisia that has rocked the party siance after the 2023 general elwcrions that saw the LP making a serious attemt at Nigeria’s highest office.
Other elected members of the party’s National Working Committee include, Hon. Iheanacho Obioma as National Secretary, Mrs. Nike Oriola as Deputy National Chairman, and Ken Eluma Asogwa as National Publicity Secretary.
