Nigerian former leaders, Dr, Goodluck Jonathan and Gen. Abdulsalami Abubakar are among dignitaries that have arrived at the Abuja continental Hotel for the National Dialogue on State Police being organised by the House of Representatives.
Other dignitaries already seated include the Chief Host, the Speaker of House of Representatives, Hon. Abbas Tajudeen, his Deputy, Hon. Benjamin Kalu, and the Deputy President of the Senate, Sen Barau Jibrin.
Others include the Sultan of Sokoto, Sahad Abubakar and the Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi, Ojaja II.
The dialogue is expected to analyse several options and possibilities available to Nigeria as the country aims to create an effective policing system amidst series of security challenges.
