Peter Obi’s Case Against Tinubu, INEC is Incompetent, Watery- Tribunal

The Presidential Election Petition Tribunal (PEPT) currently delivering judgement at the Headquarters of the Court of Appeal in Abuja has ruled that the petition of the Labour Party (LP) presidential candidate, Mr. Peter Obi is “incompetent and defective” and therefore cannot stand.
Delivering judgement, Justice Abba Mohammed said that Mr. Peter Obi was unable to substantiate his allegations of malpractices, irregularities, corruption against President Bola Tinubu and the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC)
According to Justice Mohammed, “The Law is very clear that where someone alleged irregularities in a particular polling unit, as in the instant petition, such a person must prove the particular irregularities in that poling unit for him to succeed in his petition.”
