Oluwatimileyin Ajayi, the killer of a member of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), Miss Salome Adaidu has been sentenced to death by hanging by a Nasarawa State High Court sitting in Lafia.
The convict faced a single charge of culpable homicide in violation of Section 221 of the Penal Code of Northern Nigeria, which prescribes the death penalty.
Delivering judgement on Thursday, Justice Simon Aboki, found Ajayi guilty of murdering the late Corps member and dismembering her remains.
