Former presidential spokesman, Femi Adesina has revealed that deceased Nigeria’s former President, Mohammadu Buhari did not know how much his children paid for school fees because some friends were the ones that paid.
Adesina who spoke to Channels TV on Tuesday stated that the former president had many Nigerians including former Head of State, Abdulsalami Abubakar, Alhaji Aliko Dangote and the Chairman of BUA group who were among many others took it upon themselves to pay the bills of the former president.

The former presidential aide stated late President Buhari was a man who didn’t believe is unnecessary acquisition of material wealth as he believed and lived a life of integrity.
Adesina who served as the Special Adviser Media and Publicity to Buhari throughout his 8-year tenure said that, “Buhari didn’t know how much his children school fees was…, When he goes abroad, the likes of Dangote, Abdulsalami, the Bua group pay the bills.”
Speaking on the criticism of the former President’s patronage of European hospital instead of improving medical services at home, Adesina retorted, “A man needed to be alive first to change the health system.”
