The Honourable Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Bianca Odumegwu-Ojukwu, attends the EuroAfrica Forum 2026 in Lisbon, Portugal, and holds bilateral engagement with the Minister of State and Foreign Affairs of Portugal, Paulo Rangel.
