United Nigeria Airline Expands Fleet with New CRJ-900 Jet

Fast rising Nigerian carrier United Nigeria Airlines has acquired a Its second CRJ-900 jet to join its expanding fleet.

The new jet was welcomed on Wednesday January 18, 2026, at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Lagos.
United Nigeria Airlines headquartered in Enugu, Southeast Nigeria has strong local presence with routes covering Lagos, Abuja, Enugu, Owerri, Port Harcourt, Ilorin, Asaba, Ekiti, Kano, Sokoto, Anambra and Beyelsa. The airline in December 2025 opened its international route with scheduled filights to Accra, Ghana.

In a statement shared on its social media handles, the airline stated that “the aircraft represents another bold stride in United Nigeria Airlines commitment to strengthening operations, enhancing passenger comfort, and uniting more passengers with their destinations.”
