The Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) and the Trade Union Congress of Nigeria (TUC) have declared a nationwide strike effective from 12 midnight on Monday, November 13, 2023.
The strike is occasioned by the physical attack on the President of the NLC, Comrade Joe Ajaero.
The President of TUC, Festus Osifo, who spoke to the media on Monday night said that said that strike action will continue till “government at all levels wake up to their responsibility.”
