Appeal Court Affirms Election of Senator Ken Eze
The Court of Appeal sitting in Lagos has upheld the election of the lawmaker representing Ebonyi Central in the Senate on the platform of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), Senator Kenneth Nnaemeka Eze.
The appellate Court dismissed the appeal of the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Hon. Lazarus Ogbee who had challenged earlier the ruling of the Ebonyi State National and State Assembly Election Petition Tribunal that sat in Abuja which ruled that Sen. Was validly elected.
Senator Kenneth Eze is the Chairman Senate Committee on Information and National Orientation.
