The Speaker of the House of Representatives Rt. Hon. Abbas Tajudeen, has congratulated the Executive Governor of Gombe State, His Excellency, Alhaji Muhammad Inuwa Yahaya, as he clocks 64 on Thursday.
In his congratulatory message to Governor Yahaya, the Speaker described him as one who has shown quality leadership and brought dividends of democracy to the people of Gombe.
Speaker Abbas, in the congratulatory message issued through his Chief Press Secretary, Leke Olatunji Baiyewu, said Governor Yahaya succeeded as a businessman and has shown his capabilities as a politician. He said this was evident in the second-term mandate the Gombe people gave him to continue to govern the state.
While noting that Governor Yahaya is a foundation member of the All Progressives Congress, the Speaker stated that the governor has been a blessing to the ruling party.
The Speaker wished Governor Yahaya many more years of greater achievements and successes.
