Governor Chukwuma Soludo of Anambra State on Monday visited the Main Market, Onitsha to solidarise with traders who defied the directive of a section of the IPOB that called for a “total shutdown” of the market in compliance with. a -sit-at-home order.
The governor is seen as he visited several sections of the market to share the joyous moments with the traders who have lost billions in revenue as a result of the Momday sit-at-home.
Governor Soludo had ordered the closure of the market for one week as a result of the traders flouting Anambra State’s order that the sit-at-home be discontinued.

The state and the traders had last week reached an agreement that culminated in the opening of the market.
