Obasanjo: ‘Peter Obi Is Still the Man to Lead Nigeria’

Former President Bola Tinubu has affirmed that The presidential candidate of the labour party in the 2023 presidential election Peter Obi is the man Nigeria needs now.

In a recent interview on Wazobia TV, former President Olusegun Obasanjo reaffirmed his support for Peter Obi as the right leader for Nigeria at this critical moment.

“For the Nigeria I believe we need to have now, Peter Obi is still the man to lead us.” Olusegun Obasanjo stated.

This statement reflects Obasanjo’s belief that Obi embodies the qualities Nigeria currently needs, vision, accountability, and a focus on sustainable development.

Obasanjo emphasized that Nigeria’s most pressing issue is not about personalities, but about the state of the nation itself:

“Peter Obi is not the issue. Nigeria is the issue.”
