The President of the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC), Comrade Joe Ajaero, has arrived the premises of the e Police Intelligence Response Team (IRT) in Abuja.
Ajaero who arrived the Old Abattoir office of the IRT at the Guzape Junction was accompanied by his lawyer, human rights activist and senior lawyer, Mr. Femi Falana SAN.
Several officials of the NLC and hundreds of workers were also on hand to keep watch over the labour leader.
The police had last week invited Ajaero to report at the IRT, a special department within the office of the Inspector General of Police on the allegation that he was being investigated for terrorism related offences.
At press time the NLC leader and his entourage were still at the IRT office.
