Three staff of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) have been allegedly kidnapped in Kogi State.
The victims, all ladies, are saod to be on their way to Anambra State ahead of the November 15 governorship election in the state.

FACTSHEET gathered that the three ladies were kidnapped at Aloma when the Sieena mini bus they were travelling in was intercepted.
unconfirmed accounts indicate that the kidnappers opened fire on the vehicle forcing it to stop.
The kidnappers after forcibly stopping the vehicle abducted all the eight occupants, but later released the driver and an elderly woman who could not walk.
