The Fedderal Ministry of Education has announced the closure of 47 Federal Government Colleges across Northern Nigeria.

According to a circular signed on Friday by the Director Secondary Education, Binta Abdulkadir, said the directive was approved by the Minister of Education, Mr. Tunji Alausa citing “recent security challenges in some parts of the country and the need to prevent any security breaches.”
Also, the Katsina State Government has also closed down all secondary schools in the state.
