The Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Benjamin Okezie Kalu, has celebrated his Chief of Staff, Sam Ifeanyi Hart on the occasion of his birthday, describing him as a dependable ally and a key pillar behind the successes of his office.
