A Toyota corolla sedan has been completely burnt on the Sani Abacha way in the Central business District (CBD), Abuja.
The incident which occurred around 1.20pm on Monday between the National Mosque and Wuse Market disrupted traffic on the ever busy highway.
FACTSHEET gathered at the scene that sympathisers reached both the police and the Federal Fire Service whose offices are within five minutes drive to the scene of incident but when our reporter arrived the scene only three official of Vehicles Impection Office (VIO) assisted by sympathisers were seen at the scene controlling traffic.
The vehicle burnt for more than 45 minutes, yet there was not rescue effort from any of the security agencies or the fire service.
The cause of the fire was not immediately determined as the traumatised driver was unable to speak to the media on the incident.
