The ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) in Anambra State has pegged the pegged the price of the expression of interest and nomination forms for the governorship aspirants at N50 million ahead of the November 2025 governorship election in the state.
According documents made available to journalists in Awka, the state capital on Monday, women and people living with disability aspiring for the governorship ticket will however only purchase the expression of interest for N10 million.
Also, according to the guidelines signed by the National Organising Secretary of the party, Malam Sulaiman Argungu, young aspirants between the ages of 25 and 40 years will only 50% of the nomination form in addition to the N10 million expression of interest form.

The guidelines mandate all aspirants to personally purchase their forms at the Abuja national headquarters of the party between February 10 and February 25, 2025.
The National Organising Secretary further explained that in compliance with the relevant sections of the Nigerian Constitution and the Electoral Act, the APC had released its Timetable and Schedule of Activities for the November 8, 2025, governorship election as published by the Independent National Electoral Commission.
The timetable indicates that the sale of nomination, expression of interest, and delegate forms will run from February 10 to 25, while the deadline for submission of forms is February 26
Screening of aspirants is scheduled for March 7 and 8, with the publication of screening results expected on March 10.
The Delegates Congress will take place on April 2, followed by the primary election on April 5. Ratification of the primary election results is set for April 6, and the list of nominated candidates will be submitted to the National Working Committee on April 8.
The official commencement of the APC campaign is scheduled for June 11, while the final day of campaigning and grand finale will be on November 6.
INEC has set November 8, 2025, as the date for the Anambra governorship election.
