Alan Fisher Breaks Hilda Baci’s Guiness World Record with 119 Cooking Hours in Japan
Alan Fisher, an Irish chef based in Tokyo, Japan, beaten the Guinness World Record for longest cooking time set by Nigerian Cheff, Hinda Baci.
The Guinnes World Record (GWR) announced the new record on X on Tuesday.
Fisher secured the record for the longest individual cooking marathon by achieving reaching and unbroken cooking time of 119 hours and 57 minutes, thereby surpassing the previous record of 93 hours 11 minutes set by the Nigerian chef.
In a reaction, Ms Hilda Baci congratulated the new record holder for achieving the feat.
Ms Baci wrote on her X page, ”Huge congratulations to Alan Fisher! 119hrs 57mins is a huge achievement, and I wish him all the best as the new world record holder.”
