The Borno State Commissioner for Finance, Mallam Ahmed Ali Ahmed has been found dead in his house in Maidugiri.
The details of the circumstances surrounding the late commissioner’s death is yet to be determined.
He was said to have gone to bed on Sunday night and was unable to wake up on Monday morning which prompted members of his house to raise the alarm that attracted neighbours who eventually broke down the door and found his lifeless body.
Both the state government and the family have not made any statement that on the demise of the late government official.
