The Supreme Court has ruled that both old and new Naira notes will co-exist as legal tender until further notice.
The apex court on Wednesday made the ruling when it entertained an application filed by the Attorney General of the Federation and Minister of of Justice, Mr. Lateeff Fagbemi.
Nigerians have been worried due to uncertainty over the legality of the old Naira notes after December 31, 2023.
