The Nigeria Police has announced that it has completed autopsy on the remains of deceased musician, Mohbad.
In a statement issued on Thursday evening, the police promised to brief the general public as soon as the result of the autopsy result is released.
“The Nigeria Police Force wishes to inform the public that the autopsy procedure for Mr. Mohbad has been successfully completed. Further information will be provided as soon as the results are available, “ the statement read.
Mohbad, 27 whose real name is Ilerioluwa Aloba died on Tuesday, September 12 under controversial circumstamces. The death of the has elicited nationwide condemnation with calls for proper investigation of the circumstances surrounding his death.
The police eventually exhumed the body of the deceased musician at Ikorodu area on Lagos on Thursday afternoon.
