Prof. Odoh VS Nwifuru: Ebonyi Tribunal Shifts Date for Adoption of Written Addresses

The Ebonyi State Governorship Election Tribunal has shifted the date for the adoption of the final written addresses in the petition filed against the Ebonyi State Governor, Mr. Ogbonnaya Nwifuru by the governorship candidate of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), Prof. Bernard Odoh from Monday, August 14, 2023 to Friday August 18, 2023.

In a notice emanating from the Secretariat of the tribunal seen by FACTSHEET, the tribunal stated that “the 2(sic) governorship petitions have both been rescheduled to come for adoption of written addresses same day: precisely on August 18.

“Adoption in the Bernard Odo petition will come up in the morning while that of Ifeanyi Chuks will come up in the afternoon.”
