The Nigeria Police has declared wanted, popular UK-based blogger, Dorcas Adeyinka.
In a “special police gazette bulletin” published on Sunday in Abuja, the police said that Ms. Adeyinka is wanted in “connection with a case of cyber-stalking, abduction, murder, injurious falsehood, threat to life and extortion.”
The declaration of Ms. Adeyinka wanted may be a new twist in long-standing controversies that about sharing of nude pictures of some socialites.
Recently, an Abuja based lawyer, Pelumi Olajengbesi filed a case against two suspects at the Chief Magistrate Court, Wuse Zone 6, Abuja, on behalf of Ms. Dorcas Adeyinka, whereby he accused the duo of Tolulope Adeoye, aka Abike Jagaban, and Tolulope Odegbami, aka Olowosibi of allegedly sharing the nude photosod Ms Adeyinka online.
The court summons was dated Thursday, May 9, 2024.
