Popular crossdresser, Bobrisky whose real name is Idris Okuneye has been sentenced to six months in jail by a Federal High Court in Lagos.
Bobrisky was arrested a forthright ago by operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), over allegations of “financial crimes,” he was later charged to court for mutilating the naira.
Ruling on the matter, Justice Abimbola Awogboro of the Federal High Court sentenced Bobrisky to six-month jail term without the option of fine.
It is, however, not clear if he is tried as a male or female.
