The Supreme Court has reserved judgement on the determination of rge su substantive National Secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
The court adopted final arguments on the appeal brought before the court by Senator Samuel Anyanwu over the split ruling of the Court of Appeal Enugu division which ruled that Hon SKE Ude Okoye is the National Secretary of the PDP.
The court stated that a date for the judgement will be communicated to the lawyers.
