Judge Orders Removal of Nnamdi Kanu from Court Over ‘Unruly’ Behaviour

Justice James Omotosho of the  Federal High Court sitting in Abuja on Wednesday ordered that the detained leader of the Indigenous Peoples of Biafra (IPOB), Mazi Nnamdi Kalu over his ” unruly behaviour”  in the court.

Kanu had challenged Justice Omotosho in the open court saying that there was ” no law”  on which he should be tried in the court.

The judge after several pleas to be allowed to speak ordered that the defendant be removed from the court.  Subsequently, plain clothe security operatives removed Nnamdi Kanu after which the judge continued  reading the the judgement.
