Federal Judiciary Shortlists 62 Candidates for Appointment as Judges [FULL LIST]

The Federal Judicial Service Commission (FJSC) has published the list of 62 lawyers shortlisted for appointment into federal judicial service.

According to the publication made on some Nigerian newspapers on Wednesday, September 17, 2025, the FJSC called on the general public to attest or comment otherwise on the integrity of the any of the shortlisted.

The shortlist is drawn from diverse areas ranging from the judiciary, law enforcement to private practice. The candidates were drawn from various states including, Abia, Akwa Ibom, Kaduna, FCT, Cross River, Enugu, and Imo.
