El -Rufai’s Son, Rep Member Praises Senator Lawal Adamu Usman Over Development, Solidarity in Kaduna

A member of the House of Representatives representing Kaduna North Federal Constituency, Mohammed Bello El-Rufai, has commended the Senator representing Kaduna Central, Lawal Adamu Usman, for his ongoing developmental strides and empowerment initiatives across the region.
In a statement made public following a courtesy visit, the federal lawmaker expressed appreciation for the senator’s commitment to improving the welfare of constituents, particularly those within Kaduna North, which forms part of the senatorial district.
El-Rufai highlighted that Senator Usman’s empowerment programmes have positively impacted many residents, noting that such efforts have contributed to grassroots development and strengthened community support systems.
He also used the occasion to commend the senator’s show of solidarity and moral support, especially during a recent court appearance involving his father, former Kaduna State Governor, Nasir El-Rufai.
“Earlier today, I visited the Senator representing Kaduna Central Zone, Distinguished Sen. Lawal Adamu Usman – popularly known as Mr. La,” he stated.
“The general public can recall the countless times I have thanked the Senator for initiatives, particularly in the Kaduna North Constituency, which I humbly represent. His empowerment initiatives have been beneficial to many citizens.”
According to him, the visit followed his appearance at the Kaduna High Court where he had accompanied his father. He explained that Senator Usman had intended to attend the court proceedings in solidarity but was unable to do so due to restricted access to the venue.
“The purpose of the visit was to thank my elder brother on his ethical stand and solidarity towards our father, whom I consider the father of modern Kaduna,” he said.
El-Rufai further called on the public to appreciate the senator’s efforts and continue to support leaders who demonstrate commitment to service and unity.
He concluded by expressing gratitude to supporters and well-wishers who have stood by his family, offering prayers and encouragement during challenging times.
The development reflects growing political cooperation and mutual support among key stakeholders in Kaduna State, particularly in advancing constituency development and strengthening political alliances.
