The Court of Appeal sitting in Abuja has upheld the expulsion of former National Vice Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Southeast Zone, Mr. Ali Odefa.
Odefa was suspended in July 2024 by his Ogudu Okwor Ward, in Onicha LGA of Ebonyi State and was subsequently expelled from the party. Federal High Court sitting in Abakaliki subsequently upheld his suspension and expulsion from the party for anti party activities.
