A private jet, Challenger CL-600-2B16. with registration number: N10KJ crashed on Sunday night while taking off at the Bangor International Airport, Maine, USA killing six out of the 8 persons on board.
The aircraft owned and operated by KTKJ CHALLENGER LLC, according to early reports crashed immediately after taking off.
Eyewitness account indicates that the doomed jet successfully lifted off but immediately struggled to remain airborne and eventually started rolling over and slamming back down hard inverted before sliding to a stop.

Air incident tracking site, Air crash Investigation reports that “Airport fire crews were quickly at the scene and were able to knock the fire down/”
Early reports also stated that the two surviving passengers were critically injured.
Flights in and out of the airport were temporarily suspended due to “adverse” weather conditions.
The FAA and National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) have since moved and preliminary investigations are already in place.
