Dangote Refinery has effected a slight increase on the price of petrol to its bulk buyers.
In statement the company issued on Friday, the new price regime will take-off from 5: 30pm on Friday (today).
According to the statement which was communicated to various customers of the refinery, the new price will range from, N955 per litre for customers buying between 2million to 4.99 million litres, while customers that purchase from 5 million litres and above will pay N950 per litre.

The statement reads in part:
“Communication on PMS Price Review” read, “Dear Esteemed Customer, Trust this email finds you well
“Kindly be advised that effective from 5:30 PM today, an upward adjustment has been implemented on the gantry price of Premium Motor Spirit.

“Please note that all stock balances yet to be lifted as at the above-stated time are to be repriced at the new reviewed prices.

Oil prices in the international market has seen an upsurge in price in the new year with Brent Crude oil the main global benchmark selling at $81.84, per barrel.
